Enter through double doors and down the wide space hallway, the first stop is the Master Suite. This features a King Bed, triple size walk in robe and private bathroom complete with double shower and rain head. There is a view over the water from the massive shower and direct access to the pool deck and outdoor entertainment area enhancing your resort vibe.
There attached nursery with private access door is perfect for keeping an ear out for the little one while still maintaining privacy and a quiet sanctuary. The main living area is blessed with a wall of glass sliders to take full advantage of Sunset Retreat’s views out over the pool towards the water and green vista’s.
The U shape floorplan design allows the breeze to flow through the house and the natural light to keep an airy feeling throughout the open plan living space. There is also Ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout the entire property to ensure your comfort. The 65-inch recessed smart TV with Netflix, Foxtel and access to all the apps ensures you never miss your favourite show on those lazy Sunday afternoons.
Leading off from the main living area is a kid’s playroom with a daybed that converts to two singles and a DVD TV combo for movie time and popcorn at the end of a long day.
The Children’s room is all set up to entertain even the most discerning little person with a double bunk set and floor trundle bed. There are book’s, plush toys, games and a doll house plus many “hidden” treasures sure to keep them entertained.
A full-size bathroom with a separate shower and a deep soak bath perfect for the little and big alike to soak the day away as well as a full-size laundry and another separate toilet.
Along the hall is another bedroom with a King size bed and built in robe separated by another full-size bathroom and then into the Second Master Bedroom.
The second Master Bedroom also has a King size bed and enjoys direct access to the pool and entertainment deck. There is also a built-in robe and a TV DVD combo to allow you to enjoy your coffee while watching the news of a morning.
All of the bedrooms have sunlight block out curtains and blinds as well as light weight sheers for the breeze during a lazy afternoon nap.
While we are pet friendly, we ask that our guests ensure their furry family stays on the outside decks both of which are undercover and meet the sliding doors on both sides of the main living area. The cost to fumigate and steam clean the rugs and furniture makes allowing pets inside prohibitive unfortunately. The main house yard is fenced and enclosed, this is the best place for pets as they can still access the main pool deck but also have the freedom to play in the grass, hang in the shade still be close to you guys.
