When you arrive at Sunset Retreat you will find the key less touch pad entry on the front door and your unique guest access code will be emailed prior to arrival. Check In time is from 3pm and you can simply enter your code, listen for the whir and the door is now unlocked.
If you you would like to use the lock up garage the fob is hanging just inside the garage entry on a hook in the right.
Sunset Retreat is yours until 10am on the day of your departure… If there are no guests arriving the same day you may request a late checkout and we will try our best to accommodate you. We know how hard it is to leave !
The local Taxi service can be contacted on 131008 and airport transfer’s are available through Airport Bus Whitsunday or Heart of Reef private transfers.
The following restaurants offer a courtesy bus, but this may not be available during peak times to Sunset Retreat. Northerlies Bar & Grill, Reef Gateway Hotel and The Airlie Beach Hotel
